DigitalOcean, the company changing the cloud infrastructure experience, has raised $130M in a Debt Financing round led by KeyBanc Capital Markets with participation from Pacific Western Bank, Barclays Investment Bank, HSBC Bank, Webster Bank, Opus Bank and East West Bank.

Betaout, the cloud based developers that enable content management, has raised their Seed round of $1.5M for the company’s third Seed round. Investors included Sam Yagan, Mumbai Angels, Hyderabad Angels, Chennai Angels, LetsVenture, Stanford Angels and Entrepreneurs and BEENEXT.

LittleThings, the lifestyle destination for uplifting, inspiring, and engaging content announced the formation of a new direct advertising sales team under the watch of Chris McLoughlin, formerly of Undertone.  LittleThings has been on an explosive growth tear lately with the site now reaching over 50 million monthly unique users and it looks like the business is now beefing up the revenue side of things with this latest batch of hires that includes a number of advertising veterans.  “The six individuals under Chris have combined well over 120 years in sales and marketing across women’s and lifestyle verticals, as well as top news and internet organizations,” said Gretchen Tibbits, COO of LittleThings. “We are excited for this team to be launching our direct advertising sales effort, and we look forward to working with top brands and advertisers to help tell their stories in positive and inspiring ways.”

Transactis, the company that provides SaaS billing and payment for banks merchants, has raised a Series E round of $30M from investors Safeguard Scientifics, Wells Fargo & Company, TD Bank, PNC Bank, Fifth Third Bancorp and Capital One. Founder Joe Proto has now raised $66.7M over 10 rounds.

Apester, the company that will make your website roar with personality, has raised $12M in Series A funding led by Blumberg Capital with participation from Wellborn Ventures and Mangrove Capital Partners. Founders Moti Cohen, Edi Dubinin and Daniel Zadok have now raised $18.1M over their 4 rounds.
