Wiper, the app that is changing the way we message, has raised a $2M Seed from Michael Choupak for the company’s first round of funding.

Yodle, the NYC-based local internet marketing and advertising platform has agreed to be acquired by publicly traded, Web.com in a deal valued at $342M with $300M in all cash with 2 earn outs over the next two years.

Latch, the smart access company, has raised $10.5M in a Series A round led by Lux Capital. Supporting investors include R/GA Ventures, PCH, Zach Aarons, Wan Li Zhu, Techstars, R/GA, 3rd Prime Capital, Expansion Venture Capital, Camber Creek, Corigin Ventures and Primary Venture Partners.

Unlimited Labs, the company improving how work is done, has raised the first round of funding for founders Adam Marcus and Nitesh Banta.

Kemp Technologies, the leading developers in load balancers and ADCs, has raised a $6M Venture. Cofounder Peter Melerud has now raised $26M over 3 rounds.

Gorgias, the helpdesk platform, has raised a $1.5M Seed from Kima Ventures, Amplify Partners and CRV. This is the second round for founders Alex Plugaru and Ramain Lapeyre.
