Harry’s, the e-commerce merchant that retails everything shaving related has announced an $75.6M Series C round on a reported pre-money valuation of $750M. This round brings the total funding for Harry’s to $287.1M since 2011. This round was led by Welllington Management.
Brooklyn-based Blood Sweat & Cheers, the daily email service focused on fun ways to engage in health and fitness has announced that it has been acquired by Greatist. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Neuehouse, the swanky, upscale coworking space has announced $25M in funding. The company presently operates one location in Manhattan and is expected to open up a location in Los Angeles shortly as well as another one in London by the end of the year.
Saavn, the distribution platform for South Asian music has announced a $100M Series C round. This funding brings the total raised by the company to $110M since its launch in 2007. The round was led by Tiger Global Management and other participants included Bertelsmann, Liberty Media, Mousse Partners, and Steadview Capital.
Princeton Review founder John Katzman’s new company Noodle unveiled the largest online database of preschools in the country, giving parents the most comprehensive tool yet. Now, parents can easily search for, save, and explore profiles on almost 200,000 schools across all 50 states.
Lola, the new startup, founded by Jordana Kier, aimed to disrupt the feminine hygiene market has announced a seed funding of $1.2M. Participating in the round were 14W, Andy Dunn, BoxGroup, Josh Kushner, Vayner/RSE, and Will Gaybrick.
With investment from Accelerate Long Island, Long Island Angel Network, New York Angels, the Long Island Emerging technologies Fund (LIETF), and Topspin Partners, SynchroPET has closed a $725K debt round. The company has developed the smallest PET scanner for us in human and small animal applications.
Doppler Labs, the wearable tech company that is focused on the way you hear things has announced a $17M Series B round. This brings the company’s total funding to $17.6M since its launch in 2013. This latest round was led by Acequia Capital, The Chernin Group, Wildcat Capital Management and included Live Nation Entertainment, Universal Music Group, and WME.
Apester, the digital content creation tool that integrates voice into stories has announced a $5M Series A round. The company’s total funding is now at $9.6M since its founding in 2011. The round was led by Mangrove Capital Partners.
BeneStream, has announced a $4.3M Series A round, bringing its total funding to $7.6M. The SaaS company is focused on providing solutions to employers to aid them in being compliant with the Affordable Care Act and navigating the enrollment process.

Techstars NYC recent alum, IrisVR, the startup focused on integrating virtual reality into 3D models has announced a $1.6M seed round. The round was led by Indicator Ventures and Valar Ventures with participation from Azure Capital Partners and Morningside Group.
Fusar Technologies, the wearable company focused on action sports and the creators of a smart connected motorcycle helmet has announced a convertible note financing of $1.1M. The round was funded by Casabona Ventures, Chi Fan Group, Jumpstart New Jersey Angel Network, and Socialatom Ventures.
