Cyera – $400M

CybersecurityAI

Cyera, a data security platform that governs what data humans, machines, and AI agents can access across the enterprise, has raised $400M in a Series G extension. The round came from Goldman Sachs Growth Equity. Founded by Yotam Segev and Tamar Bar-Ilan in 2021, Cyera has raised $2.7B in total equity funding to date.


Confido – $55M

AIEnterprise

Confido, an AI platform that unifies finance, accounting, sales, and operations for consumer packaged goods brands, has raised $55M in Series B funding. The round was led by Insight Partners with participation from Trenches Capital, Watchfire Ventures, Barrel Ventures, Footwork, and Y Combinator. Founded by Justin Hunter and Kara Holinski in 2022, Confido has raised $77M in total equity funding to date.


Ande – $52M

AIEnterprise

Ande, an AI-native network that connects enterprises with venues and vendors to book and manage corporate entertainment, has raised $52M in Seed and Series A funding. Investors in the round include Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint, Duration Ventures, Sierra Ventures, and Bain Capital Ventures. Ande was founded by Lohit Sarma and Michael McDermott in 2023.

Chamelio – $26M

LegalTechAI

Chamelio, an AI-native legal platform that automates contract drafting, negotiation, and workflows for in-house legal teams, has raised $26M in Series A funding. The round was led by Entree Capital with participation from Work-Bench, Emerge Ventures, and Bright Pixel Capital. Founded by Alex Zilberman, Gal Lellouche, and Gil Banyas in 2024, Chamelio has raised $39.5M in total equity funding to date.


snag – $4M

PropTech

snag, a housing marketplace that connects renters with verified sublets and lease takeovers, has raised $4M in Seed funding. The round was led by Slow Ventures with participation from Precursor Ventures, Long Journey Ventures, Chamaeleon, Brian Kelly, and Sloane Stephens. snag was founded by Selin Sonmez and Niko Georgantas in 2025.
