Tracebit, a cloud-native cybersecurity platform that uses deception technology to detect cyber threats across modern cloud environments, has raised $20M in Series A funding led by FirstMark. Founded by Andy Smith and Sam Cox in 2022, Tracebit has now raised a total of $25M in reported equity funding.

Conduit Health – $17M Series A

Healthcare

Conduit Health, a platform for patients and caregivers to order medical supplies, has raised $17M in Series A funding led by Drive Capital. Founded by Rocky Seftel in 2023, Conduit Health has now raised a total of $22M in reported equity funding.

PEX Card – $9.7M

Fintech

PEX Card, a corporate card and spend management platform for businesses, has raised $9.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from five investors. Founded by Toffer Grant in 2007, PEX Card has now raised a total of $19.6M in reported equity funding.

Order – $7.1M

B2B SaaS

Order, a B2B commerce platform that simplifies business buying with purchase order and AP automation, has raised $7.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $40M and this close comes from fourteen investors. Founded by Thomas Jaklitsch and Zachary Garippa in 2016, Order has now raised a total of $51.8M in reported equity funding.

Steward – $5M Seed

Fintech

Steward, an AI-powered AML compliance platform for complex investor onboarding and ongoing monitoring, has raised $5M in Seed funding from investors that include Motive Partners. Steward was founded by Arik Oslerne and Moshe Lieberman in 2025.

Rove – $4M

Travel Tech

Rove, a flexible travel rewards program for earning and redeeming miles on flights and hotels, has raised $4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $8M and this close comes from a sole investor. Rove was founded by Arhan Chhabra and Maxwell Morganroth in 2023.

Chalkie – $4M Seed

EdTech

Chalkie, an AI-powered lesson planning platform that helps teachers create curriculum-aligned lessons and classroom resources in minutes, has raised $4M in Seed funding led by Triple Point Ventures. Chalkie was founded by Mark Hughes, Pete Sanderson, and Phillip Daneshyar in 2024.

Besty AI – $3.75M

Hospitality Tech

Besty AI, an AI-powered guest communication automation platform for hospitality businesses, has raised $3.75M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from seven investors. Founded by Aarlo Stone Fish and Sam Dundas in 2021, Besty AI has now raised a total of $8M in reported equity funding.

Sequential – $3.5M Seed

Biotech

Sequential, a genomic testing and skin microbiome company that has built an AI discovery engine trained on over 50,000 real-world skin biology samples, has raised $3.5M in Seed funding led by Sparkfood and Corundum Systems Biology. Founded by Oliver Worsley and Albert Dashi in 2019, Sequential has now raised a total of $7.5M in reported equity funding.

Founded by Brandon Smith, Joe Scheidler, and Joseph A. Farsakh in 2024, Helios has now raised a total of $6M in reported equity funding.

PingPod – $1.125M

PingPod, an operator of table tennis social clubs with on-demand booking and automated table access, has raised $1.125M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $2.5M and this close comes from four investors. Founded by David Silberman, Ernesto Ebuen, and Maximilian Kogler in 2019, PingPod has now raised a total of $15M in reported equity funding.

First Concepts – $1M Pre-Seed

Creative Tech

First Concepts, an AI-powered workspace for early-stage creative work, designed to help agencies and creative teams manage context and maintain consistency across pitches and projects, has raised $1M in Pre-Seed funding led by Araya Ventures and Antler. First Concepts was founded by Conor Hoey, Polina Shal, and Marin Godechot in 2025.
