Maven Clinic, the online-digital care clinic for women’s and family health, has raised $125M in Series F funding led by StepStone Group. Founded by Katherine Ryder, Suzie Grange in 2014, Maven Clinic has now raised a total of $417.1M in reported equity funding.
Imprint – $75M
Imprint, a provider of co-branded credit card programs, has raised $75M in Series C funding led by Khosla Ventures. Founded by Daragh Murphy, Gaurav Ahuja, and Michael Pechman in 2020, Imprint has now raised a total of $202M in reported equity funding.
Tabs – $25M
Tabs, an AI-powered accounts receivable platform, has raised $25M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were fifteen investors in the round. Founded by Ali Hussain and Deepak Bapat in 2022, Tabs has now raised a total of $37M in reported equity funding.

Noetica AI, an AI-powered platform for benchmarking deal terms for lawyers and financial institutions, has raised $22M in Series A funding led by Lightspeed Venture Partners. Founded by Daniel Wertman, Tom Effland, and Yoni Sebag in 2022, Noetica AI has now raised a total of $28M in reported equity funding.
Avantos – $9.2M
Avantos, an AI-powered client onboarding platform, has raised $9.2M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $10M and there were four investors in this close. Avantos was founded by Bassam Chaptini and Rabih Ramadi in 2024.
OpenGradient – $8.5M
OpenGradient, a decentralized platform for AI model hosting, has raised $8.5M in Seed funding from investors that include SV Angel, Coinbase Ventures, a16z crypto, Foresight Ventures, Sandeep Nailwal, Symbolic Capital, SALT Fund, Canonical Crypto, NEAR, Illia Polosukhin, Black Dragon Capital, Pragma, Thanefield Capital, and Balaji Srinivasan. Founded by Matthew Wang and Adam Balogh in 2024, OpenGradient has now raised a total of $9M in reported equity funding. Tildei – $6M
Tildei, a conversational marketing platform built specifically for social channels, has raised $6M in Seed funding led by Susa Ventures. Tildei was founded by Mark Ghermezian, Kevin Dutra, and Manisha Shah in 2022.

Prime Security – $6M
Prime Security, a security platform for software development teams that embeds security in the design phase, has raised $6M in Seed funding led by Foundation Capital. Prime Security was founded by Dimitry Shvartsman, Matan Markovics, and Michael Nov in 2023.
Windmill – $5M
Windmill, a direct-to-consumer provider of air care brand offering air conditioners and air purifiers, has raised $5M in Series A funding led by YETI Capital and Pentland Ventures. Founded by Danny Mayer, Michael Mayer, and Ryan Figlia in 2018, Windmill has now raised a total of $15.4M in reported equity funding.
Evertune – $4M
Evertune, a stealth startup founded by The Trade Desk alums, has raised $4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that this round comes from sixteen investors and lists Nihal Mehta of Eniac Ventures as a Director. Evertune was founded by Edward Chater, Poul Costinsky, and Brian Stempeck in 2024.
