AlphaSense – $650M
AlphaSense, the market intelligence and search platform, has raised $650M in additional funding led by Viking Global Investors and BDT & MSD Partners. Founded by Jack Kokko and Raj Neervannan in 2008, AlphaSense has now raised a total of $1.4B in reported equity funding. This funding was announced in conjunction with AlphaSense’s acquisition of Tegus, a Chicago-based private company data intelligence platform for $930M. The transaction brings Alphasense’s valuation to $4B.
Findigs – $27M
Findigs, an identity verification and decisioning platform for rental screening and leasing, has raised $27M in Series B funding led by Nyca Partners. Founded by Steve Carroll and Keith Gilvar. in 2018, Findigs has now raised a total of $48M in reported equity funding.
Valstro – $23.5M
Valstro, a trading technology platform, has raised $23.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $25M and this close comes from seven investors. Valstro was founded by Mark Ames and Stephen Barrow in 2021.
Anterior – $20M
Anterior, an AI-powered healthcare administration platform, has raised $20M in Series A funding led by New Enterprise Associates. Founded by Abdel Mahmoud in 2022, Anterior has now raised a total of $23.2M in reported equity funding.

Spiral, a cloud-native data warehousing platform for multimodal data, has raised $16M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $18M, there were three investors in this close, and lists Sarah Cantanzaro of Amplify Partners and Quentin Clark of General Catalyst as Directors. Founded by Will Manning and Nicholas Gates in 2023, Spiral has now raised a total of $20.5M in reported equity funding.
Stride Therapy – $3.5M
Stride Therapy, a software platform the management of physical therapy practices, has raised $3.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing funding from investors that include . The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5M and there were eighteen investors in this close. Founded by Ryan Limor and Daniel Blank in 2021, Stride Therapy has now raised a total of $6M in reported equity funding.
Seeds – $1.3M
Seeds, a digital platform for financial advisors to offer tailored automated portfolios, has raised $1.3M in Seed funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were nine investors in the round. Founded by Zachary Conway and Michael Conway in 2018, Seeds has now raised a total of $6M in reported equity funding.
