ByHeart – $95M

ByHeart, the vertically integrated infant nutrition company, has raised $95M in Venture funding from investors that include Gaingels, Polaris Partners, D1 Capital Partners, AF Ventures, Red Sea Ventures, Two River, OCV, and Bellco Capital. Founded by Mia Funt and Ron Belldegrun in 2016, ByHeart has now raised a total of $395M in reported equity funding.


Cover Genius – $80M

Cover Genius, the insurtech platform that allows digital businesses to embed insurance offerings into their products, has raised $80M in Series E funding led by Spark Capital. Founded by Angus McDonald and Chris Bayley in 2014, Cover Genius has now raised a total of $245.1M in reported equity funding. SmarterDx – $50M

SmarterDx, a clinical AI company that uses automation to optimize the healthcare revenue cycle, has raised $50M in Series B funding led by Transformation Capital. Founded by Joshua Geleris and Michael Gao in 2020, SmarterDx has now raised a total of $56M in reported equity funding.

Founded by Cobi Blumenfeld-Gantz, Corey Metzman, and Vivek Ramaswamy in 2020, Chapter has now raised a total of $109M in reported equity funding. Polymarket – $45M

Polymarket, a real-time prediction market platform, has raised $45M in Series B funding led by Founders Fund. Founded by Shayne Coplan in 2020, Polymarket has now raised a total of $74M in reported equity funding.


Pepper – $30M

Pepper, a SaaS platform for independent foodservice distributors, has raised $30M in Series B funding from investors that include Index Ventures, Greylock, ICONIQ Growth, Harmony Partners, and Imaginary Ventures. Founded by Bowie Cheung, Chetan Narain, and Ivana Tesanovic in 2019, Pepper has now raised a total of $46M in reported equity funding. David Energy – $15.9M

David Energy, an energy provider that leverages software to serve as an energy operating system to bring down cost and optimize usage, has raised $15.9M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $25M and there were thirteen investors in this close. Founded by Ahmed Salman, Brian Maxwell, and James McGinniss in 2019, David Energy has now raised a total of $62.5M in reported equity funding.

Ernesta – $12.5M

Ernesta, a direct-to-consumer custom rug brand, has raised $12.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that this round comes from three investors. Founded by Yong Feng, John Foley, and Hisao Kushi in 2022, Ernesta has now raised a total of $37.5M in reported equity funding.


Symitri – $8.5M

Symitri, a privacy enhancing technology for the digital advertising ecosystem, has raised $8.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that this round comes from eight investors. Symitri was founded by David Kohl in 2024.


Laws of Motion – $5M

Laws of Motion, an AI-powered apparel sizing technology provider and DTC clothing brand, has raised $5M in Venture funding led by Corazon Capital. Founded by Carly Bigi in 2017, Laws of Motion has now raised a total of $6.5M in reported equity funding. AlleyWatch will have a full feature covering this round and much more this week.


Crosby Health – $2.2M

Crosby Health, a healthcare AI platform that uses a proprietary clinical LLM to streamline claims denial management, has raised $2.2M in Pre-Seed funding led by Amplo Ventures.
