Provable Markets – $8M

Provable Markets, an alternative trading system that optimizes clearing, order matching, settlement, and security financing, has raised $8M in Series A funding led by Dialectic Capital Management. Provable Markets was founded by Matthew Cohen in 2020.


Limbo – $3.7M

Limbo, a wearable technology platform for managing weight loss and diabetes, has raised $3.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing does not include a total offering but indicates that this close comes from twenty-seven investors. Founded by Rurik Bradbury and Pat Phelan in 2020, Limbo has now raised a total of $9.7M in reported equity funding.

Dandi, a fertility care platform, has raised $1.3M in Pre-Seed funding led by Tiferes Ventures. Dandi was founded by Jake Kent and Leyla Bilali in 2021. Liquid Diamonds – $1.1M

Liquid Diamonds, a B2B diamond sourcing platform, has raised $1.1M in Venture funding led by New York Angels. Founded by Kashyap Mehta and Mark Molloy in 2017, Liquid Diamonds has now raised a total of $1.4M in reported equity funding.


ShelterZoom – $282K

ShelterZoom, a smart document platform built on the blockchain, has raised $282K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $15M and there were eight investors in this close. Founded by Allen Alishahi and Chao Cheng-Shorland in 2016, ShelterZoom has now raised a total of $23M in reported equity funding.

Daloopa – $18M

Daloopa, an AI-powered platform for historical financial data for use with modeling, has raised $18M in Series B funding led by Touring Capital . Founded by Daniel Chen, Jeremy Huang, and Thomas Li in 2019, Daloopa has now raised a total of $41.4M in reported equity funding.


ReflexAI – $6.5M

ReflexAI, a machine learning and natural language processing platform for training support teams, has raised $6.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $7M and this close comes from nine investors. Founded by John Callery and Sam Dorison in 2022, ReflexAI has now raised a total of $12.1M in reported equity funding.
