Arbol – $60M

Arbol, a parametric insurance platform that insures against weather risk, has raised $60M in Series B funding from investors that include led by Opera Tech Ventures and Giant Ventures. Founded by Ben Andre, Osho Jha, Philippe Heilberg, and Siddhartha Jha in 2018, Arbol has now raised a total of $69M in reported equity funding.


beehiiv – $33M

beehiiv, the newsletter infrastructure publishing platform, has raised $33M in Series B funding from investors that include led by New Enterprise Associates. Founded by Benjamin Hargett, Jacob Hurd, and Tyler Denk in 2021, beehiiv has now raised a total of $49.7M in reported equity funding. AlleyWatch first flagged the SEC filing for this round last week.


The Rounds – $18.3M

The Rounds, a sustainable commerce platform that delivers household essentials with no packaging waste, has raised $18.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing funding from investors that include . The filing indicates that the round comes from eleven investors. Founded by Alexander Torrey and Byungwoo Ko in 2019, The Rounds has now raised a total of $60.3M in reported equity funding.


Trovo Health – $15M

Trovo Health, an AI-powered medical assistant that allows physicians to extend their practice offerings by incorporating multi-disciplinary care teams, has raised $15M in Seed funding from investors that include led by Oak HC/FT. Trovo Health was founded by Aditya Pandyaram and Niren Gandra in 2024.

FindMine – $8.9M

FindMine, an AI-powered platform for driving ecommerce for fashion brands, has raised $8.9M in Series A funding from investors that include led by Grayhawk Capital. Founded by Konstantin Itskov and Michelle Bacharach in 2016, FindMine has now raised a total of $10.7M in reported equity funding.

Monocle, a personalized promotions platform for e-commerce businesses, has raised $7.5M in Seed funding led by F2 Capital. Monocle was founded by Noam Szpiro and Mark Lotman in 2022. Baselayer – $6.5M

Baselayer, an AI-powered business verification platform focused on securing onboarding and reducing fraud, has raised $6.5M in Seed funding from investors that include Founder Collective, Picus Capital, Afore Capital, Torch Capital, Gilgamesh Ventures, an d Eric Woodward. Baselayer was founded by Jonathan Awad and Timothy Hyde in 2023.


BAXUS – $5M

BAXUS, a Web3 marketplace for buying and trading wine and spirits with provenance, has raised $5M in Seed funding led by Multicoin Capital. BAXUS was founded by Tzvi Wiesel in 2021.

Teleskope – $5M

Teleskope, a data protection and redaction platform, has raised $5M in Seed funding from investors that include led by Primary Venture Partners. Founded by Elizabeth Nammour and Julie Trias in 2022, Teleskope has now raised a total of $7.2M in reported equity funding.


WATS – $3.8M

WATS, a waste management operations platform, has raised $3.8M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5.7M and this close comes from fifteen investors. Founded by Meredith Danberg-Ficarelli and Laura Rosenshine in 2021, WATS has now raised a total of $7M in reported equity funding.


Turbo – $3.5M

Turbo, a game engine and marketplace to speed up game development, has raised $3.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from eight investors. Turbo was founded by Josiah Savary and Julian Moncada in 2023.


Aktivate – $1M

Aktivate, a scholastic sports management platform, has raised $1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing funding from investors that include . The filing indicates that the total offering is for $2M and this close comes from thirteen investors. Founded by Dhruv Singh and Hesky Kutscher in 2020, Aktivate has now raised a total of $15.2M in reported equity funding.


Bask Health – $760K

Bask Health, a telehealth infrastructure platform, has raised $760K in funding according to a recent SEC filing funding from investors that include . The filing indicates that the total offering is for $1M and this close comes from ten investors. Bask Health was founded by Zachary Dorf and Elias Dorf in 2021.
