The filing indicates that the total offering is for $30M and this close comes from two investors. Founded by Bill May and Simon Enever in 2014, quip has now raised a total of $162.2M in reported equity funding.

Intelligent Events – $4M

Intelligent Events, a stealth yet-to-launch startup, has raised $4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5M and this close comes from two investors. Intelligent Events was founded by Stefan Weitz in 2023.
