Prelude – $5.2M
Prelude, an inventory and supply chain management platform for the cannabis industry, has raised $5.2M in Seed funding from investors that include Casa Verde Capital and Rackhouse Venture Capital. Founded by Michael E. Murphy and Andrew Copp in 2021, Prelude has now raised a total of $10.4M in reported equity funding.
Jukebox Health – $5.1M
Jukebox Health, a platform that helps people age in place in their own homes with evaluations by occupational therapists and home modifications, has raised $5.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5.5M and there were eleven investors in this close. Jukebox Health was founded by Oren Shatken, Romanos Fessas, and Seung Bak in 2020.
