Nuvocargo – $36.5M

Nuvocargo, a cross-border shipment platform focused on US-Mexico trade, has raised $36.5M in Series B funding led by QED Investors. Founded by Deepak Chhugani and Sam Blackman in 2019, Nuvocargo has now raised a total of $74.3M in reported equity funding.


Venn – $29M

Venn, a secure remote workplace platform for bring-your-own-device settings, has raised $29M in Series A funding led by NewSpring. Venn was founded by David Matalon and Alex Osipov in 2019.


Datapeople – $13M

Datapeople, a recruitment data intelligence platform, has raised $13M in Series A funding led by GreatPoint Ventures and New Markets Venture Partners. Founded by Amit Bhatia and Phillip Reyland in 2016, Datapeople has now raised a total of $21M in reported equity funding.


Slang – $12M

Slang, an AI-powered digital phone concierge platform for businesses to field phone calls, has raised $12M in Series A funding led by Homebrew. Founded by Alex Sambvani and Gabriel Duncan in 2019, Slang has now raised a total of $20M in reported equity funding.

EvolutionIQ, an AI-powered claims guidance platform for insurance companies and carriers, has raised $10.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from seven investors. Founded by Michael Saltzman and Tomas Vykruta in 2019, EvolutionIQ has now raised a total of $43.3M in reported equity funding.


Transfix – $6.6M

Transfix, the freight shipping platform, has raised $6.6M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $34.1M and there were thirteen investors in this close. Founded by Drew McElroy, Jonathan Salama, and Prabhat Supekar in 2013, Transfix has now raised a total of $135.1M in reported equity funding.


Draftwise – $5M

Draftwise, a legaltech platform that helps legal professionals draft contracts faster, has raised $5M in Seed funding led by Earlybird Venture Capital. Founded by Emre Ozen, James Ding, and Ozan Yalti in 2020, Draftwise has now raised a total of $8M in reported equity funding.


Aiera – $4.25M

Aiera, an events intelligence and insights platform for investors, has raised $4.25M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5M and there were ten investors in this close. Founded by Bryan Healey and Ken Sena in 2017, Aiera has now raised a total of $14.7M in reported equity funding.


Alfie – $2.1M

Alfie, an AI-powered virtual obesity management platform, has raised $2.1M in Pre-Seed funding led by Y Combinator and Nina Capital. Alfie was founded by Alexander Singh, Hasan Syed, Rohit Rustagi in 2018.

1Fort – $2M

1Fort, a cyber insurance automation platform, has raised $2M in Pre-Seed funding from investors that include Village Global, Operator Partners, Company Ventures, 8-Bit Capital, Character, and BrokerTech Ventures. Founded by Anthony Marshi, Toby Hung, and Kamar Mack in 2021, 1Fort has now raised a total of $2.5M in reported equity funding.


Prosper Tech – $1.6M

Prosper Tech, a stealth startup, has raised $1.6M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates the total offering is for $4.5M and there were four investors in this close. Prosper Tech was founded by in 2023.


Nemedio – $755K

Nemedio, a compliance platform that helps medical device manufacturers get products to market faster, has raised $755K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $1.5M and this close comes from two investors. Founded by Sabrina Varanelli in 2017, Nemedio has now raised a total of $8.2M in reported equity funding.


Catchafire – $600K

Catchafire, an online platform that connects volunteers to non-profits and social enterprises, has raised $600K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round is structured as a convertible note and comes from six investors. Founded by Rachael Chong in 2009, Catchafire has now raised a total of $9.3M in reported equity funding
