Founded in 2019 by Cohen-Aslatei, S’More Date had raised a total of $3.2M in total funding across two rounds. Backers in the company include Gaingels, Boston Harbor Angels, Sidecar Angels, Social Discovery Group, LOUD Capital, EQx Fund, Benson Oak Ventures, Work Play Ventures, Jordan French, Dating Group, Marty Isaac, Joshua Black, Ken Harris, Justen Stepka, Sharon Stern, Craig Mullett, Brad Weschler, Aaron Stern, Rafael Rivas, Dm V, and John Abbott. Cohen will join the Tawkify team and lead the company’s foray into mobile with a new app launch.
