PEX Card – $9.7M

FINTECH

PEX Card, a corporate card and spend management platform for businesses, has raised $9.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from five investors. Founded by Toffer Grant in 2007, PEX Card has now raised a total of $19.6M in reported equity funding.

Besty AI – $3.75M

AI

Besty AI, an AI-powered guest communication automation platform for hospitality businesses, has raised $3.75M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from seven investors. Founded by Aarlo Stone Fish and Sam Dundas in 2021, Besty AI has now raised a total of $8M in reported equity funding.

PingPod – $1.125M

SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT

PingPod, an operator of table tennis social clubs with on-demand booking and automated table access, has raised $1.125M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $2.5M and this close comes from four investors. Founded by David Silberman, Ernesto Ebuen, and Maximilian Kogler in 2019, PingPod has now raised a total of $15M in reported equity funding.
