The filing indicates that the total offering is for $38M and there were thirteen investors in the round. Founded by Avante Price and Eli Taylor-Lemire in 2019, Posh has now raised a total of $66.8M in reported equity funding.

Realize – $25.4M

AI/ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE

Realize, an AI-powered capture, proposal and contract management platform, has raised $25.4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $30M and there were four investors in the round. Founded by Curtis Mason, Sean Doherty, and Timothy Goltser in 2021, Realize has now raised a total of $35.4M in reported equity funding.

Popcorn – $5.03M

TELECOM

Popcorn, a global cellphone service provider, has raised $5.03M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $16M and there were seventeen investors in the round. Popcorn was founded by Lukas Kairys and Neel Popat in 2023.

Macrocosm – $2.6M

FINTECH

Macrocosm, a full-scale simulation platform of the global economy, has raised $2.6M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $4M and there were fourteen investors in the round. Macrocosm was founded by J. Doyne Farmer in 2023.
