Rain – $58M Series B

Fintech

Rain, a global stablecoin infrastructure platform, has raised $58M in Series B funding led by Sapphire Ventures. Founded by Farooq Malik and Charles Yoo-Naut in 2021, Rain has now raised a total of $82.5M in reported funding.

InstaLILY AI – $25M Series A

AI/Enterprise

InstaLILY AI, a platform for domain-trained AI agents for heavy and regulated industries, has raised $25M in Series A funding led by Insight Partners. Founded by Amit Shah and Sumantro Das in 2023, InstaLILY AI is revolutionizing how enterprises deploy AI in complex regulatory environments.

AI Optics – $14.7M Funding Round

Healthcare/AI

AI Optics, an AI-powered diagnostic screening platform for vision loss conditions, has raised $14.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from ninety-two investors. Founded by Andrew DiGiore and Luke Moretti in 2020, AI Optics has now raised a total of $14.8M in reported equity funding.

Boost My School – $10M Venture

Boost My School, a fundraising platform for K-12 schools, has raised $10M in Venture funding led by High Alpha. Founded by Holman Gao in 2019, Boost My School is transforming how educational institutions raise funds and engage with their communities.

Nauta – $7M Seed

Logistics/AI

Nauta, an AI-powered logistics orchestration platform, has raised $7M in Seed funding led by Construct Capital and Predictive. Founded by Valentina Jordan and Rafael Santiago in 2025, Nauta is streamlining complex supply chain operations with intelligent automation.
