Moment – $36M Series B

FINTECH

Moment, a platform for automating trading and portfolio management workflows for fixed income teams, has raised $36M in Series B funding led by Index Ventures. Founded by Dean Hathout and Dylan Parker in 2022, Moment has now raised a total of $56M in reported equity funding.

INSHUR – $35M

INSURTECH

INSHUR, a provider of commercial auto insurance for the rideshare industry, has raised $35M in Venture funding led by Trinity Capital. Founded by Dan Bratshpis, David Daiches, Mathew Donfrancesco, Matthew Tomlinson, and Richard Anderson in 2016, INSHUR has now raised a total of $35M in reported equity funding.

Mending – $17.9M

AI

Mending, a generative development studio for the AI, has raised $17.9M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $29.5M and there were eleven investors in this close. Founded by Frank Wu and Jeff Yuan in 2021, Mending has now raised a total of $17.9M in reported equity funding.

Ryft – $8M Seed

DATA INFRASTRUCTURE

Ryft, a next-gen data infrastructure startup, has raised $8M in Seed funding led by Index Ventures. Founded by Yossi Reitblat, Yuval Yogev, and Guy Gadon in 2024, Ryft has now raised a total of $8M in reported equity funding.

East River Source Control – $5M

DEVELOPER TOOLS

East River Source Control, a newly-formed company that makes the Jujutsu version control system more usable for teams and companies, has raised $5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from four investors. Founded by Benjamin Brittain in 2025, East River Source Control has now raised a total of $5M in reported equity funding.

Andus Labs – $3.2M

AI

Andus Labs, a generative development studio for the AI, has raised $3.2M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3.5M and there were seventeen investors in this close. Founded by Chris Perry in 2025, Andus Labs has now raised a total of $3.2M in reported equity funding.
