Bilt Rewards – $250M Venture

Loyalty & Rewards

Bilt Rewards, the loyalty and rewards platform for residential rent payments, has raised $250M in Venture funding led by GID and General Catalyst. Founded by Ankur Jain in 2021, Bilt Rewards has now raised a total of $813.3M in reported equity funding.

NetBox Labs – $35M Series B

Network Infrastructure

NetBox Labs, a platform for simplifying building and managing complex networks, has raised $35M in Series B funding led by NGP. Founded by Bill Lapcevic, Jeremy Stretch, Kristopher Beevers, Mark Coleman, Salil Jani, and Shannon Weyrick in 2023, NetBox Labs has now raised a total of $55.2M in reported equity funding.

ModernFi – $29.1M

FinTech

ModernFi, a comprehensive deposit management platform for financial institutions, has raised $29.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from five investors. Founded by Adam DeVita and Paolo Bertolotti in 2022, ModernFi has now raised a total of $57.3M in reported equity funding.

Crash Override – $28M Seed

Cloud Native Applications

Crash Override, a visibility platform for cloud native applications that ties together development and deployment, has raised $28M in Seed funding led by SYN Ventures and Google Ventures. Crash Override was founded by John Viega and Mark Curphey in 2022.

Amogy – $23M Venture

Clean Energy

Amogy, a provider of ammonia-to-power solution, has raised $23M in Venture funding led by Korea Development Bank and KDB Silicon Valley. Founded by Hyunho Kim, Jongwon Choi, Seonghoon Woo, and Young Suk Jo in 2020, Amogy has now raised a total of $298.3M in reported equity funding.

Datavations – $17M Series A

Business Intelligence

Datavations, an intelligence platform for the building materials and home improvement industries, has raised $17M in Series A funding led by Forestay Capital. Founded by Philip Odelfelt in 2020, Datavations has now raised a total of $23.9M in reported equity funding.

Heron Data – $16M Series A

Document Automation

Heron Data, an automation platform for document-heavy workflows including in business lending, equipment financing, and insurance, has raised $16M in Series A funding led by Insight Partners. Founded by Dominic Kwok, Jamie Parker, and Johannes Jaeckle in 2020, Heron Data has now raised a total of $17.2M in reported equity funding. Zip Security – $13.5M Series A

Security & Compliance

Zip Security, a security, compliance and IT automation platform, has raised $13.5M in Series A funding led by Ballistic Ventures. Founded by Gabbi Merz and Joshua Zweig in 2022, Zip Security has now raised a total of $21.2M in reported equity funding.

Kaleidoscope – $5M Series A

Media & Podcasting

Kaleidoscope, a podcasting studio focused on science and technology, has raised $5M in Series A funding led by North Base Media and Burda Principal Investments. Founded by Mangesh Hattikudur and Oz Woloshyn in 2022, Kaleidoscope has now raised a total of $8.6M in reported equity funding.

Helios – $4M Seed

AI & Public Policy

Helios, an AI-powered platform for public policy professionals, has raised $4M in Seed funding led by Unusual Ventures. Helios was founded by Brandon Smith, Joe Scheidler, and Joseph A. Farsakh in 2025.

Covenant – $4M Seed

LegalTech

Covenant, an AI-powered law firm built for private market investors, has raised $4M in Seed funding led by Flybridge. Covenant was founded by Jen Berrent and Richard Perris in 2021.

Herd Labs – $3M

Cryptocurrency

Herd Labs, a crypto co-terminal for better managing on-chain smart contracts, has raised $3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5M and this close comes from a sole investor. Founded by Andrew Hong and Edward Bramanti in 2024, Herd Labs has now raised a total of $4.8M in reported equity funding.

Anadyr Horizon – $2.08M

AI & Geopolitical Intelligence

Anadyr Horizon, an AI-powered strategic warning platform for geopolitical instability, has raised $2.08M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3.5M and there were six investors in this close. Anadyr Horizon was founded by Arvid Bell and Ferenc Dalnoki Veress in 2024.
