NetBox Labs, a platform for simplifying building and managing complex networks, has raised $35M in Series B funding led by NGP. Founded by Bill Lapcevic, Jeremy Stretch, Kristopher Beevers, Mark Coleman, Salil Jani, and Shannon Weyrick in 2023, NetBox Labs has now raised a total of $55.2M in reported equity funding.
ModernFi – $29.1M

ModernFi, a comprehensive deposit management platform for financial institutions, has raised $29.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from five investors. Founded by Adam DeVita and Paolo Bertolotti in 2022, ModernFi has now raised a total of $57.3M in reported equity funding.

Amogy, a provider of ammonia-to-power solution, has raised $23M in Venture funding led by Korea Development Bank and KDB Silicon Valley. Founded by Hyunho Kim, Jongwon Choi, Seonghoon Woo, and Young Suk Jo in 2020, Amogy has now raised a total of $298.3M in reported equity funding.
Datavations – $17M Series A

Datavations, an intelligence platform for the building materials and home improvement industries, has raised $17M in Series A funding led by Forestay Capital. Founded by Philip Odelfelt in 2020, Datavations has now raised a total of $23.9M in reported equity funding.
Heron Data – $16M Series A
Document Automation
Heron Data, an automation platform for document-heavy workflows including in business lending, equipment financing, and insurance, has raised $16M in Series A funding led by Insight Partners. Founded by Dominic Kwok, Jamie Parker, and Johannes Jaeckle in 2020, Heron Data has now raised a total of $17.2M in reported equity funding. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5M and this close comes from a sole investor. Founded by Andrew Hong and Edward Bramanti in 2024, Herd Labs has now raised a total of $4.8M in reported equity funding.
Anadyr Horizon – $2.08M
