CYBERSECURITY

IronVest, a biometric authentication platform to protect digital banking experiences, has raised $15.8M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $17.75M and there are ten investors in this close. Founded by Avi Turgeman, Guy Bauman, Kfir Yeshayahu, and Yaron Dror in 2021, IronVest has now raised a total of $38.8M in reported equity funding.

Tally – $8M

BLOCKCHAIN

Tally, a software layer for onchain organizations to launch token, govern protocols, and staking, has raised $8M in Series A funding led by Blockchain Capital, Appworks, and 1kx. Tally was founded by Dennison Bertram and Rafael Solari in 2020.

Healthee – $50M Series B

HEALTHTECH

Healthee, the AI-powered platform transforming the health benefits experience, has raised $50M in Series B funding led by Key1 Capital, with continued backing from Fin Capital, Glilot Capital Partners, and Group11. The company, which has surpassed 15,000 customers including Instacart, SiriusXM, and Celonis, will use the fresh capital to expand its product suite, scale go-to-market operations, and enhance its AI-powered tools. Founded by Ben Goldenberg, Ben Nagar, Elad Ofir, and Guy Benjamin in 2018, Healthee has now raised a total of $109.5M in reported equity funding.
