Floodbase, a parametric platform for insuring uncovered flood risk, has raised $5M in venture funding from investors that include Ecosystem Integrity Fund and Pulse Fund. Founded by Bessie Schwarz and Beth Tellman in 2015, Floodbase has now raised a total of $17M in reported equity funding.
Kitchen Stadium Inc – $1.8M

The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3.1M and this close comes from seven investors.
