OpenBCI – $200K

OpenBCI, a wearable neurotechnology platform, has raised $200K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $1.9M and there were four investors in this close. Founded by Conor Russomanno and Joel Murphy in 2014, OpenBCI has now raised a total of $3.34M in reported equity funding.
