Founded by Minna Song and Stoyan Stoyanov in 2017, EliseAI has now raised a total of $141.9M in reported equity funding. The valuation comes in above $1B, making it the latest NYC unicorn.
EvolutionIQ – $20.2M
EvolutionIQ, an AI-powered claims guidance platform for insurance companies and carriers, has raised $20.2M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from six investors. Founded by Michael Saltzman and Tomas Vykruta in 2019, EvolutionIQ has now raised a total of $63.5M in reported equity funding.
Capitalize – $19M
Capitalize, the retirement savings platform focused on transitioning old 401ks to rollover IRAs, has raised $19M in Series B funding led by RRE Ventures. Founded by Gaurav Sharma and Chris Phillips in 2020, Capitalize has now raised a total of $33.5M in reported equity funding.

Actuate, a video analytics platform that can detect guns, intruders, and other disturbances in security footage using computer vision, has raised $11.5M in Venture funding led by Gray Line Partners. Founded by Benjamin Ziomek and Sonny Tai in 2018, Actuate has now raised a total of $24.8M in reported equity funding.
Garden – $6.8M
Garden, an AI-powered intelligence platform for understanding the patent landscape, has raised $6.8M in Seed funding led by Spark Capital. Garden was founded by Adi Sidapara and Justin Mack in 2023.

Curamatic – $3M
Curamatic, a software platform that monitors that cost and quality of value-based healthcare programs, has raised $3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $4M and this close comes from a sole investor. Curamatic was founded by in 2022.
Sweetspot – $2.2M
Sweetspot, an AI-powered platform for government contracting procurement, has raised $2.2M in Seed funding led by 1984 Ventures. Founded by Andrew Arkhipov, Philip Kung, Sachin Subramanian in 2023, Sweetspot has now raised a total of $2.3M in reported equity funding.
Tripsight – $262.8K
Tripsight, a platform for maximizing reward points directly from Google Flights, has raised $262.8K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $650K. Tripsight was founded by Julian Kheel in 2023.
