UserHub, a user-based infrastructure platform for SaaS companies to manage subscriptions and pricing, has raised $3.2M in Pre-Seed funding led by 468 Capital. UserHub was founded by Patrick Rafferty and Silas Sewell in 2022. MatchaBar – $900K

MatchaBar, a direct-to-consumer matcha brand, has raised $900K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing does not include a total offering amount but does indicate that this close comes from five investors. Founded by Graham Fortgang and Max Fortgang in 2014, MatchaBar has now raised a total of $13.9M in reported equity funding.
