Axonius, a cybersecurity asset management platform for all devices across an organization, has raised $200M as a Series E extension led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and Accel. Founded by Avidor Bartov, Dean Sysman, and Ofri Shur in 2017, Axonius has now raised a total of $695M in reported equity funding.
Claroty – $100M
Claroty, an industrial cybersecurity platform, has raised $100M in additional funding led by Delta-v Capital. Founded by Amir Zilberstein, Benny Porat, and Galina Antova in 2015, Claroty has now raised a total of $740M in reported equity funding.
RapidSOS – $75M
RapidSOS, a connected data platform for emergency response, has raised $75M in Venture funding led by Blackrock. Founded by Michael Martin and Nick Horelik in 2012, RapidSOS has now raised a total of $355.7M in reported equity funding.

Argyle, a payroll connectivity platform that facilitates employment and income verification, has raised $30M in Venture funding led by Rockefeller Capital Management. Founded by Audrius Zujus, Billy Marsden, and Chris Hansen in 2018, Argyle has now raised a total of $107.6M in reported equity funding.
Harness Wealth – $17M
Harness Wealth, a wealth management platform designed specifically for business owners and other individuals with significant equity-based compensation, has raised $17M in Venture funding led by Three Fish Capital. Founded by Catherine Prentke English, David Snider, and Drew Schwartz in 2018, Harness Wealth has now raised a total of $36M in reported equity funding.
Louisa – $5M
Louisa, an internal collective intelligence platform for organizations to leverage employee networks and contacts, has raised $5M in Seed funding led by Gaingels, Palm Drive Capital, and Nucleus Ventures. Founded by Rohan Doctor in 2019, Louisa has now raised a total of $9.3M in reported equity funding.

Rally, a platform where investors can buy and sell equity stakes in collectible assets, has raised $4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $4.3M and there were forty-three investors in the round. Founded by Christopher Bruno, Maximilian Niederste-Ostholt, and Rob Petrozzo in 2016, Rally has now raised a total of $63.1M in reported equity funding.
Playback Health – $3.8M
Playback Health, an AI-powered platform for documenting patient-provider communications to automate EMR creation and updates, has raised $3.8M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The flling indicates that the total offering is for $4M and there were eighteen investors in this close. Founded by David J. Langer, MD, Gregory Odland, and Ken Court in 2018, Playback Health has now raised a total of $12.1M in reported equity funding.
Stack – $3M
Stack, a platform that allows crypto apps to implement point and loyalty systems seamlessly, has raised $3M in Seed funding led by Archetype. Stack was founded by Graeme Boy and Li Zhang in 2022.
