The filing indicates that the total offering is for $30M and this close comes from two investors. Founded by Bill May and Simon Enever in 2014, quip has now raised a total of $162.2M in reported equity funding.
Architect – $12M
Architect, a derivative trading technology platform, has raised $12M in Venture funding led by Tioga Capital and BlockTower Capital. Founded by Brett Harrison in 2022, Architect has now raised a total of $17M in reported equity funding.
Community Capital Technology – $10.9M
Community Capital Technology, a digital loan trading exchange and marketplace, has raised $10.9M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $16.9M and there were sixty-investors in this close. Founded by Garrett Smith in 2017, Community Capital Technology has now raised a total of $13.5M in reported equity funding.
