Prove – $40M
Prove, an identity verification and authentication platform for digital transactions, has raised $40M in venture funding led by Capital One Ventures and MassMutual Ventures. Founded by Mike Brody and Rodger Desai in 2008, Prove has now raised a total of $242.9M in reported equity funding.
Transfix – $40M
Transfix, the freight shipping platform, has raised $40M in Series F funding from investors that include . Founded by Drew McElroy, Jonathan Salama, and Prabhat Supekar in 2013, Transfix has now raised a total of $169M in reported equity funding.
Nova Credit – $45.0M
New York-based Nova Credit compiles foreign credit bureau reports to provide comprehensive credit histories of immigrants. Founded by Loek Janssen, Misha Esipov, and Nicky Goulimis in 2016, Nova Credit has now raised a total of $124.4M in total equity funding and is backed by Avid Ventures, Canapi Ventures, General Catalyst, Geodesic Capital, Harmonic Growth Partners, Index Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, Radiate Capital, Socium Ventures, and Y Combinator. JOOR, a wholesale platform for brands and retailers, has raised $25M in Venture funding led by Brightwood Capital and Tamarix Capital Partners. Founded by Mona Bijoor in 2010, JOOR has now raised a total of $107.5M in reported equity funding.
Prepared – $16M
Prepared, a public safety platform that allows users to easily dispatch info to 911, has raised $16M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were three investors in the round. Founded by Daniel James, Dylan Gleicher, Michael Chime, and Neal Soni in 2019, Prepared has now raised a total of $44.4M in reported equity funding.
Reality Defender – $15M
Reality Defender, a deepfake detection platform, has raised $15M in Series A funding from investors that include DCVC, Comcast Ventures, Partnership Fund for New York City, Rackhouse Venture Capital, Parameter Ventures, AI Grant, and Ex/Ante. Reality Defender was founded by Ben Colman, Ali Shahriyari, and Gaurav Bharaj in 2021.

Turnkey, an API-based platform to manage private keys, has raised $14.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $15M and there were fifteen investors in this close. Founded by Bryce Ferguson and Jack Kearney in 2023, Turnkey has now raised a total of $22M in reported equity funding.
Allara – $10M
Allara, a virtual specialty care platform for women with hormonal and gynecologic conditions, has raised $10M in Series A funding from investors that include Google Ventures, Gaingels, Great Oaks Venture Capital, Vanterra Capital, Tom X Lee, humbition, and Maggie Sellers. Founded by Rachel Blank in 2020, Allara has now raised a total of $12.5M in reported equity funding.
Elixir – $7.5M
Elixir, a decentralized algorithmic market making protocol to bring additional liquidity, has raised $7.5M in Series A funding from investors that include NGC Ventures, Hack VC, AngelList, LedgerPrime, Bloccelerate VC, Genesis, and Hudson River Trading. Founded by Philip Forte in 2022, Elixir has now raised a total of $9.6M in reported equity funding.

Swsh, a social app focused on building deeper connections between friends with polls, has raised $1.7M in Pre-Seed funding from investors that include MaC Venture Capital, Cory Levy, Stellation Capital, Cyril Berdugo, Glenn Solomon, Peter Boyce II, and Richard J. Li. Swsh was founded by Alexandra Debow, Nathan Ahn, and Weilyn Chong in 2022.
ChannelApe – $727K
ChannelApe, an inventory operations platform for retail businesses, has raised $727K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $1.5M and there were fifteen investors in this close. ChannelApe was founded by Jason DePietropaolo and Michael Averto in 2017.
