Moxie, an operations and business management platform for MedSpas, has raised $15.7M in venture funding led by SignalFire. Moxie was founded by Daniel Friedman and Sam Gerstenzang in 2022. AlleyWatch first flagged the SEC filing for this round earlier this month
Aditude – $15M
Aditude, an ad ops technology for publishers, has raised $15M in Series A funding led by Volition Capital. Aditude was founded by Jared Siegal in 2019.
Realm – $9.7M
Realm, a centralized data hub for homeowners to access insights on every aspect of homeownership and marketplace for home improvement, has raised $9.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $12M and there were six investors in this close. Founded by Liz Young in 2019, Realm has now raised a total of $29.7M in reported equity funding.
WordCollections – $5M
WordCollections, a music rights management platform, has raised $5M in venture funding led by Black Squirrel Partners. Founded by Bob Kohn and Jeff Price in 2020, WordCollections has now raised a total of $13.8M in reported equity funding.

Arcus, a data exchange platform, has raised $4.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $4.75M and there were eleven investors in this close. Arcus was founded by Arda Sahiner and Kunal Gosar in 2022.
FirstMate – $3.75M
FirstMate, a platform that provides products and tools for NFT creators, has raised $3.75M in venture funding from investors that include Coinbase Ventures, NextView Ventures, and Dragonfly. FirstMate was founded by Jacob Frantz and Zachary Salmon in 2022.
Therify – $2.01M
Therify, a provider of inclusive mental health benefits for companies, has raised $2.01M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $2.5M and there were two investors in this close. Founded by James Edward Murray and Warren Sadler in 2020, Therify has now raised a total of $3.41M in reported equity funding.
Elixir Social – $200K
Elixir Social, a stealth dating platform, has raised $200K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $1M and there were two investors in this close. Elixir Social was founded by Sarrah Bolin in 2023.
