Teamshares, an employee ownership platform for small businesses, has raised $124M in Series D funding led by QED Investors. Founded by Alex Eu, Kevin Shiiba, and Michael Brown in 2019, Teamshares has now raised a total of $247.7M in reported equity funding.

The filing indicates that the round comes from six investors. Founded by Anada Lakra and Ilya Usorov in 2021, BoldVoice has now raised a total of $5.1M in reported equity funding.

Summus Global – $19.5M

Summus Global, a virtual medical specialist platform, has raised $19.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from five investors. Founded by Jennifer Kherani, Julian Flannery, and Aftab Kherani in 2015, Summus Global has now raised a total of $56.8M in reported equity funding.
