Droit, a regulatory compliance platform for the financial services industry, has raised $23M in Series B funding from investors that include Goldman Sachs, UBS, and Pivot Investment Partners. Founded by Anup Menon, Brock Arnason, and Satya Pemmaraju in 2012, Droit has now raised a total of $39M in reported equity funding.

Fynn – $11M

Fynn, an educational finance platform for students at trade schools, has raised $11M in Seed funding led by Y Combinator, Susa Ventures, Village Global, Tenacity Venture Capital, and Watchfire Ventures. Fynn was founded by Bhavin Gupta and Ethan Anderson in 2019.
