Ceros, the interactive cloud-based content creation platform for brands and publishers, has raised $100M in funding include led by Sumeru Equity Partners. Founded by Dominic Duffy and Simon Berg in 2012, Ceros has now raised a total of $133.5M in reported equity funding.

Elevation Oncology, the biotech startup that’s developing cancer therapies based on genetic signature versus tumor origin, has raised $32.5M in Series A funding from investors that include Aisling Capital, Vertex Ventures HC, BVF Partners, Driehaus Capital Management, and Qiming Venture Partners USA. Elevation Oncology was founded by Shawn Leland in 2018.

Cooks Venture, the agricultural startup raising heirloom chickens, raised $10M from SJF Ventures and Cultivian Sandbox. AlleyWatch published an exclusive interview with Cooks Venture founder Matthew Wadiak on Cooks Venture’s Series A round.

Epsagon helps Dev and Ops team pinpoint issues and troubleshoot problems, and it raised $10M led by DTCP. Founded in 2018 by Nitzan Shapira and Ran Ribenzaft, Epsagon has raised a total funding amount of $30M across three rounds.

Zuul, the operator of ghost kitchens in NYC, has raised $9M in funding. Zuul was founded by Corey Manicone and Sean Fitzgibbons in 2018 and currently operates its flagship location at 30 Vandam Street.

MeetElise, the AI-powered leasing agent for multifamily properties, has raised $6.5M in Series A funding led by Navitas Capital. Founded by Minna Song and Stoyan Stoyanov in 2017, Long Island City-based MeetElise has now raised a total of $8.5M in reported equity funding.

KUDO, the real-time translation and video conferencing platform, has raised $6M in venture funding from investors that include led by Felicis Ventures. KUDO was founded by Fardad Zabetian in 2017.

Rah Rah, the centralized engagement platform for college campuses, has raised $2.8M in Seed funding from investors that include Dave Duffield and Phil Wilmington. Founded by Cooper Jones in 2018, Rah Rah has now raised a total of $4.6M in reported equity funding. AlleyWatch published an exclusive interview with Jones on Rah Rah’s seed round.

Fintech company, FLX Distribution raised $2.5M in a Seed round led by RiverNorth Capital Management. FLX Distribution was founded in 2019.

Treasury, a new yet-to-launch fintech startup, has raised $1.74M in funding according to a recent SEC filing funding. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3M, there were five investors in this close, and fintech startup heavyweights Eli Broverman (cofounder Betterment), Jeff Cruttenden (cofounder Acorns and Say), and James Layfield (Cofounder Clearfind) are executives in the company that was formed earlier this year.

Lex, the text-based social and dating app for the womxn, transgender, queer, and non-binary community, has raised $1.5M in Seed funding from investors that include Corigin Ventures, Female Founders Fund, XFactor Ventures, Andy Dunn, Albert Lee, Bumble Fund, Michelle Kennedy, Amanda Bradford, Nisha Dua, Philippe von Borries, Justin Stefano, Piera Gelardi, AG Breitenstein, Alice Cheng, Rei Wang, Roxane Gay, Tavi Gevinson, Debbie Millman, and Elisabeth Hartley. Lex was founded by Kell Rakowski in 2019.

Media company Odyssey has raised $1.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The funding comes from seven investors. Odyssey faced some growing pains in 2017 when its CEO was removed and the editorial staff was let go. For a short period of time, the company was one of the fastest-growing media companies with over 30M monthly users and had previously raised $32.3M in funding. Investors in previous rounds include Wakestream Ventures, Michael Lazerow, and Jason Epstein. The company was founded in 2009 by Adrian France and B. Evan Burns.

Work management platform for multi-unit restaurants, Blanket raised $700K in a Pre Seed round led by Branded Hospitality Ventures. Since being founded in 2018 by Michael Jacober, Blanket has raised a total of $1.5M across three rounds.

Animated Intelligence, a company started by attorney David Fritz, has raised $615K in funding according to a recent SEC filing funding. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $1M and that there were nine investors in this close.

UtilizeCore.com, the management platform for sub-contractors, has raised $475K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $1.5M, this close came from three investors, and that this transaction is structured as a convertible note. UtilizeCore.com was founded by Ryan Gottfried in 2016.
