The filing indicates that the total offering is for $20M and that there were four investors in this close. Investors in previous rounds include SV Angel, General Catalyst, Polaris Partners, Founder Collective, Breyer Capital, Greg Brockman, Jacob Gibson, Paul Sagan, Kevin Chou, Jeff Arnold, Waseem Daher, Gautam Gupta, Peter Fishman, Ale Resnik, Max Lytvyn, Brad Hoover, Adam Marcus, Marc Piette, and Freddie Martignetti. Founded by Adam Marcus and Nitesh Banta in 2015, B12 has now raised a total of $27.4M in reported equity funding. AllleyWatch covered B12’s Series A round in 2016.

Founded in 2016 by Fabien Nichols, Genvid raised $6M, in an extension of its Series B round, led by Huya.com and including participation from NTT DOCOMO Ventures and Samsung Ventures. Genvid has raised a total of $53M across six rounds.

Endear, the digital marketing platform for in-store retail workers, has raised $1.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing funding. The filing indicates that there were twenty-three participants in the round. Endear was founded by Jinesh Shah and Leigh Sevin (both Venture for America alum) in 2016. The company participated in the most recent batch of the Plug and Play Brand & Retail accelerator.
