Tech-enabled real estate brokerage Compass has raised $370M in Series G funding from investors that include SoftBank Investment Advisers, Dragoneer Investment Group, and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. Founded by Ori Allon, Robert Reffkin, & Ugo Di Girolamo in 2012, Compass has now raised a total of $1.6B in reported equity funding. The round comes in at a $6B pre-money valuation.

The filing indicates that the total offering is for $15M and that there were twenty-five investors in this close.
