Direct-to-consumer luggage company Away has raised $100M in funding from investors that include Wellington Management, Baillie Gifford, Lione Pine Capital, and Global Founders Capital on a reported $1.4B valuation. Founded by Jen Rubio and Steph Korey in 2015, Away has now raised a total of $181M in reported equity funding.

Theater ticketing platform TodayTix has raised $74M in growth equity funding led by Great Hill Partners. Founded by Brian M. Fenty and Merritt F. Baer in 2013, TodayTix has now raised a total of $88.7M in reported equity funding.

Trumid Financial, credit trading platform, has raised $60M in funding from Hillhouse Capital Group. Founded by Ronnie Mateo in 2014, Trumid Financial has now raised a total of $202.3M in reported equity funding.

CareDox, the digital health platform for schools, has raised $24.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were eleven participants in the round. CareDox was founded by Benjamin Maisano and Hesky Kutscher in 2010.

OpenFin, the operating system for the financial services industry, has raised $17M in Series C funding from investors that include Wells Fargo, Barclays, Bain Capital Ventures, J.P. Morgan, and Pivot Investment Partners. Founded by Chuck Doerr and Mazy Dar in 2010, OpenFin has now raised a total of $42M in reported equity funding. Y Comb graduate Feather, the furniture subscription service, has raised $12.5M in Series A funding. Founded by Jay Reno in 2017, Feather has now raised a total of $16M in reported equity funding. We have an exclusive interview with Reno – Feather’s Series A round.

CompStak, the real estate data platform, has raised $12M in Series B funding from investors that include 500 Startups, Canaan Partners, IA Capital Group, and RealPage. Founded by Michael Mandel and Vadim Belobrovka in 2011, CompStak has now raised a total of $33.3M in reported equity funding.

Sawyer raised $11M in Series A funding led by Advance Venture Partners and it connects parents with activities for their children to attend, and it was founded by Andrew Fernandez, Marissa Evans, and Stephanie Choi and it has now raised a total of $18.5M across four rounds.

OneChronos, the AI-powered electronic trading platform, has raised $7.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. Simon Yoo of Green Visor Capital is listed as a Director. Founded by Kelly Littlepage and Stephen Johnson in 2015, OneChronos previously raised $2.175M in a SAFE note.

Neutral is a new coin for crypto enthusiasts and it raised $4M in a venture round led by Bixin, FBG Capital, and Sequoia Capital China. Neutral was created in 2018 by Matt Branton.

Skylark, the luxury travel platform, has raised $4M in Seed funding led by 25Madison. Skylark was founded by Adam Singer, Paul Tumpowsky, and Tristan Mace in 2015.

QA testing solution Team Mobot has raised $3.25M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were nine investors in the round and lists Brad Svrluga of Primary Venture Partners as a Director. Founded by Eden Full Goh, Team Mobot has now raised a total of $250K in reported equity funding from Y Combinator and Newark Venture Partners.

Occupier, the commercial real estate deal and portfolio management platform, has raised $1.4M in Seed funding according to a recent press release. Occupier was founded by Matt Giffune, Andrew Flint, and Erik Pearson in 2018. Paragon Intel, the due diligence platform specifically focused on information on executives based on non-public and public sources, has raised $1.1M in equity funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $2M and that there were eighteen participants in this close. Founded originally at JetTrack in 2017, which monitored corporate jet movements to predict corporate transactions, Paragon Intel previously raised $1.8M in debt in 2017. The company is founded by Karim Mawji and John Casano and led by Ty Popplewell.

Phishing prevention solution Pixm has raised $815K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $1.5M and that four investors participated in this close. Founded by Arun Buduri and Chris Cleveland, Pixm previously raised $750K in reported equity funding from MassChallenge and Chaac Ventures.
