THE WELL, the wellness club opening on 15th Street this summer, has raised $14M in Series A funding led by New Enterprise Associates. THE WELL was founded by Rebecca Parekh, Sarrah Hallock, and Kane Sarhan.

Troops, the sales enablement platform for Slack, has raised an additional $12M in Series B funding led by Aspect Ventures. Founded by Dan Reich, Greg Ratner, and Scott Britton in 2015, Troops has now raised a total of $27.3M in reported equity funding.

Artory, the blockchain-based registry for fine art, has raised an additional $7.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering amount is $9.6M and that there were fourteen investors in this close. Artory was founded by Nanne Dekking in 2016 and previously raised ~$4M in a series of debt rounds.

Hifi, the platform for managing music royalties, has raised $6.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $8.4M and that twenty investors took part in this close. Hifi was founded by Damian Manning in 2013.

Chili Piper, the buyer enablement platform, has raised $3M in Seed funding led by Flashpoint Venture Capital. Chili Piper was founded by Alina Vandenberghe, Ivan Dyachenko, and Nicolas Vandenberghe (3 exits) in 2016 and previously raised $350K in reported debt funding.

Riverin, a new stealth startup, has raised $1.9M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $2M and that sixteen investors participated in this close. Riverin was founded by Bill Morein (FiftyThree, littleBits, Microsoft, M31 Ventures).

Mental health platform Human has raised $1.8M according to a recent SEC filing. The filing lists Kevin Rose as a Director and indicates that there were nine investors in this close with a small $100K allotment still remaining. Human is founded by Maxime Germain, Bobby Giangeruso, and Justin Bureau.

Mondrian Labs, the company building beauty brands through the use of data-driven influencer marketing, has raised $1.25M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that eleven investors took part in the round. Mondrian Labs was founded by Matthew Holmes in 2018.

According to a recent SEC filing, Pico, the Brooklyn-based platform that provides tools for better investigative journalism, has raised an additional $1M in funding in what appears to be a convertible note. The filing indicates that there were twelve participants in the round. Founded by Jason Bade and Nick Chen in 2016, Pico previously raised a $1.6M round last year.

HrtBeat Audio, the wearable audio and software company that will be launching its first product in the summer, has raised $150K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $1.4M and that five investors took part in this close. HrtBeat was founded by Wilson Kriegel (PicsArt) in 2018.

Lunchbox Technologies, a digital order platform, has raised $50K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. Listed in the filing as the Director and Executive is Nabeel Alamgir, the CMO of organic burger chain Bareburger. Lunchbox Technologies was founded by Andrew Boryk (CTO of Tapt) and Mohammed Afzal (Tapt).
