Analyzing some publicly available data from our friends at CrunchBase, we break down the aggregate statistics for all funding deals by stage of funding (Seed, Series A, Series B, and Series C+) including mention of notable rounds.

Startup funding declined ~25%nationally from October levels with $6.7B being invested across 377 deals. Series A funding continues to be strong nationally with an additional $1.35B invested into companies across the spectrum, following October’s $1B+ activity.
