According to a recent SEC filing, trade finance platform LiquidX, has raised $19.96M in funding. The filing indicates that there were thirty-two participants in the round. The filing lists Art Certosimo, John Connolly, Walter McCormack, and Gary Mueller as Directors with Mark Brazier and Andrew Phillips listed as Executives along with Jim Toffey serving as an Executive and Director.

Deep Instinct, the cybersecurity platform that leverages deep learning to prevent zero-day attacks, has raised $18M in additional funding from investors that include Samsung Ventures, Millennium Technology Value Partners, and Alpha Intelligence Capital. Founded by Eli David, Guy Caspi, and Nadav Maman in 2015, Deep Impact has now raised a total of $55M.

Lonk, the digital asset trading platform for tokenized securities, has raised $4.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were two parties that participated in the round and that the total offering is for $6M. Lonk was founded by Alan Yan and Qian Wan (formerly PDT Partners and Two Sigma).
