VirtualHealth, the value based health management platform, has raised $7M in Series B funding from Edison Partners. For CEO and Founder Adam Sabloff, this is the company’s second round of funding.
Lux Beauty Club, the subscription hair extensions company, has raised an undisclosed amount in Seed funding from undisclosed investors. This is the company’s second round of funding.
Pilotworks, the company building a network of cooking spaces with expert mentors, has raised $13M in Series A funding led by Techstars Ventures and Acre Venture Partners, and joined in by Slow Ventures, Riverbank Ventures, Scott Belsky, Arena Ventures, Ekistic Ventures, Gin Lane, Nick Green, SWTLF Ventures, David Barber, Marc Blazer, Andy Peskoe and Shu Chowdry. Over 3 rounds the company has raised $15.2M.
Noodle Partners, the education venture company, has raised $14M in Series A funding from Owl Ventures, LP. This is the company’s second round of funding.
Cedar, the smarter way for health systems to manage the payment ecosystem, has raised $13M in Series A funding from undisclosed investors. This marks the company’s first round of funding.
Moda Operandi, the online luxury fashion retailer, has raised $165M in Series F funding led by Adrian Cheng and Apax Digital. The company has raised $293M over 6 rounds of funding.
Burrow, the sofa manufacturer that offers delivery services, has raised $4.3M in Seed funding from Red & Blue Ventures, Interplay Ventures, Justin Kan, Michael Seibel and Ken Pilot. This brings the total funding for the startup founded by cofounders Kabeer Chopra and Stephen Kuhl to $4.42M.
Prose, the first fresh and custom-made hair care solution, has raised $5.2M in a round of Venture funding led by Forerunner Ventures with participation from Lerer Hippeau Ventures, Maveron, Isai and Correlation Ventures. The company has raised $7M over 2 rounds.
Compass, technology-driven real estate platform, has raised $450M in Series E funding from SoftBank Capital. The company recently raised a Series D funding and has now accumulated $775M in total funding over 6 rounds.
FORTË, the platform for live and on demand workout classes, has raised $1.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. This is the second reported round of funding for the company founded by Lauren Foundos in 2015.
According to a recent SEC filing Uplevel Security, adaptive intelligence platform that uses graph theory and machine learning to modernize security, has raised $5.3M in funding. This brings the total funding for the startup founded by Elisabeth Maida and Roselle Safran in 2014 to $7.8M.
