Litify, the company turning your law firm into a business, has raised a Venture round of $5M from Fortress Investment Group. This is the first round of funding for founder Reuven Moskowitz.
Our friends at Greycroft Partners have announced their second growth stage fund. Half of this $250M fund will be used for follow on investments in the existing portfolio. Greycroft is founded by Alan Patricof, Dana Settle, and Ian Sigalow.
Gan Integrity, the compliance management software, has raised $9M in Series A funding led by Edison Partners with participation from Cultivation Capital, MissionOG, Chicago Ventures and Northcap. This is the company’s first round of funding.
Datalogue, the AI company preparing your data products, has raised $1.5M in Seed funding from Nvidia, Flybridge and Bloomberg Beta for the company’s first round.
Better Mortgage, the company making mortgages fast and simple, has raised $15M in Series B funding from Goldman Sachs, Pine Brook Partners and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. The company has raised $45M in just 2 rounds.
