Rockets of Awesome, the company changing how you shop for your kid’s clothing, has raised $12.5 in a round of Series A funding led by August Capital with participation from Gwyneth Paltrow, Forerunner Ventures and General Catalyst Partners. The company has raised 19.5M to date.
Tracx, the cloud based social media manager, has raised $12.5M in Series D funding led by Camden Partners with participation from Rick Rudman and Edison Partners. The company has raised $38.4M over 4 rounds.
Namely, the all-in-one HR platform, has raised $50M in Series D funding led by Scale Venture Partners and Altimeter with participation from Capital Four Rivers Group, Greenspring Associates, True Ventures, Matrix Partners, and Sequoia Capital.
Bowmo, the app solution for the staffing and recruiting industry, has raised an undisclosed amount in a Venture round of funding for the company’s first round.
Payfone, the mobile secure payment authentication service, has received $23M in Series E funding led by Andrew Prozes and BlueCross BlueShield Venture Partners, with participation from Rogers Venture Partners, Verizon Ventures, American Express Ventures, Early Warning Services, Relay Ventures, Opus Capital, RRE Ventures, Transaction Network Services (TNS), and Strauss Zelnick. The company has raised $65M to date.
Blockstack, the company Building a new decentralized internet, has raised $4M in Seed funding led by Union Square Ventures with corroboration from Naval Ravikant, Rising Tide, Kal Vepuri, Version One Ventures, Compound, Digital Currency Group, and Lux Capital.
Floored, the real estate tech startup focused on developing 3D visualization software has been acquired by CBRE.
