COTA, the healthcare company utilizing precision analytics, has received $18M in Series B funding from Boston Millennia Partners. Founder Andrew Pecora has raised $21.76M over 2 rounds.
Managed by Q, the company cleaning and servicing small businesses, has raised $30.52M in a Series C round of funding. The company has raised their second round this year and $72.95M in total funding.
Never Eat Alone, the app that connects employees of big companies to have lunch with their colleagues, has raised a Seed round of $1.38M from Elior Group. Founders Marie Schneegans and Paul Dupuy have raised their first round of funding.
Starry Internet, the wireless internet service, has raised $30M in funding from undisclosed investors. To date, the company has raised $63M in funding.
It was announced that Civic Hall in partnership with RAL has won the rights to develop a technology hub at the site of PC Richards in Union Square. The project expected to open in 2020, will feature 254,000 sq feet of classrooms, meeting spaces, and flexible office space options for the New York tech community at a cost of $250M.
iCapital Network, the company providing resources and analytics regarding Private Equity investments, has raised a Venture round of funding from lead investor BlackRock. The company has raised $24M prior to this round.
Dynamic Yield, the automated marketing startup, has raised $22M in Series C funding led by Vertex Ventures and ClalTech with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, Baidu, Marker, Innovation Endeavors and Global Founders Capital.
Zipari, the insurance specific technology, has received $7M in Series A funding from Vertical Venture Partners. This is founder Mark Nathan’s second round of funding.
Backtrace, the debugging platform for native apps, has raised $5M in Series A funding led by Amplify Partners with participation from Tribeca Venture Partners, Rally Ventures and Work-Bench.
Axoni, the provider of distributed-ledger technology, has raised $18M in Series A funding for the company’s first round. Euclid Opportunities and Wells Fargo & Company led the round with participation from Digital Currency Group, F-Prime Capital Partners, FinTech Collective, Andreessen Horowitz, Thomson Reuters, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs.
