Socure, the digital identity technology company, has raised $13M in Series B funding led by Flint Capital with support from Santander InnoVentures, ff Venture Capital, and Two Sigma Ventures. The company has raised nearly $18M to date.
Privacy, the company that uses a virtual credit card for your safe transactions, has raised $2.2M in Seed funding led by Index Ventures with participation from Rocketship.vc. This is founder Boling Jiang’s first round of funding to date.
Lola, the organic tampon company, has raised a Series A round of $7M led by Spark Capital with participation from BoxGroup, BBG Ventures, Lena Dunham, Brand Foundry Ventures, Lerer Hippeau Ventures and Allison Williams. The company has raised $11.2M over 3 rounds.
Stash, the easy investing company, has raised $25M in a Series B round of funding led by Valar Ventures with participation from Entree Capital, Goodwater Capital, Breyer Capital. Founders Edward Robinson and Brandon Krieg have raised $38.75M in 4 rounds.
Werk, the marketplace for women-centered jobs, has raised a $1M Venture in their first round from investors Social Starts, Precursor Ventures, Better Ventures, Halogen Ventures, Montage Ventures and Friends, Family & Founders.
Chappy, the dating app for gay men, has raised a Seed round from a different dating app, Bumble, for an undisclosed amount. This is the company’s first round of funding.
LogicWorks, the cloud service providers, have raised $135M in a Private Equity round from Pamplona Capital Management. The 23 year-old company has raised $142.6M over 2 rounds.
Splash, the event marketing platform, has raised $7M in Series B funding led by, Ascent Venture Partners with participation from Rus Yusupov, David Karp, ScaleUp Ventures, Lerer Hippeau Ventures, and Spark Capital. The company has raised a total of $14.5M over their 5 rounds.
Amino Apps, the app enabling users to express their interests and hobbies, has raised $19.2 in a Series B round of funding from Goodwater Capital, Time Warner Investments, BoxGroup, Union Square Ventures, Venrock and GV. Founders Yin Wang and Ben Anderson have raised $27.35M over 3 rounds.
HyperScience, the AI enterprise solutions platform, has raised $18M in Series A funding from FirstMark Capital and Felicis Ventures. The company has raised $28.88M over their 3 rounds.
Qineqt, the fintech focused data curation company, has raised $1.3M in a Series A round from undisclosed investors. The company has raised $6M over 2 rounds.
Explain Everything, the digital whiteboard product, has raised $3.7M in a round of Seed funding from New Evolution Ventures (NeV), RTAventures and Credo Ventures. The company has raised $5.7M in 2 rounds.
Zibby, the online payment plan service, has received $100M in Debt Financing from Victory Park Capital. The company has raised 1 round prior to this.
