Bark & Co, the all-in-one healthy pet brand, has raised $60M in a Series C round led by August Capital with participation from Resolute Ventures as well as RRE Ventures. The company has now raised 3 rounds and $75M. In addition to the funding, they have also announced that they will be experimenting with their first pop (pup) up shop, the BarkShop, which will run from June 6-12.

Avanan, the cloud security company, has raised a Series A round of $14.9M led by Greenfield Cities Holdings with participation from StageOne Ventures and Magma. The company has now raised $16.4M over two rounds.
