ALICE App, the mobile customer servicers, have raised a Series A round of $9.5M led by Expedia with help from neuehouse, 645 Ventures and Laconia Ventures. For cofounder and CEO Justin Effron, this is the 3rd round of funding for the company. We chatted with the team this week and you can read the full article here.
Boom Fantasy, an up and coming fantasy sports app, has raised a $1.4M Seed round. The investment was led by Marc Pincus and was filled out by investment from Rubicon Venture Capital and StartX Fund.
KidPass, the startup giving your kids a blast, has raised a Seed round of $325K. Investors include Stephano Kim, Kevin Ryan, CoVenture, Bionic Fund and Rugged Ventures.
Canvs, the social insights platform, has raised $5.6M for their Series A round led by KEC Ventures. Founders Jared Feldman and Sam Hui have raised their 3rd round to date.
Jopwell, the company connecting minorities with amazing companies, has raised a Seed round of $3.25M. Investors include Valar Ventures, Omidyar Network, Kapor Capital, Andreessen Horowitz and Magic Johnson Enterprises. This is the 3rd round of funding secured by founders Ryan Williams and Porter Braswell.
Olo, one of pioneers of digital ordering, has raised $40M in a Series D round of funding Led by The Raine Group. Founder Noah Glass has raised $63.25M over 5 rounds of funding.
BaubleBar, the up and coming jewelery retailer, has raised $20M in a Series C round led by Burch Creative Capital. Other investors included Aspect Ventures, TriplePoint Capital, Comcast Ventures, Accel and Greycroft Partners.
The messaging app, Roger, has raised their Seed round for $1M from Social Capital Partners. Founders Andreas Blixt and Ricardo Vice Santos have now raised their second round.
