KidPass, the company that creates passes for activities your child wants to go to, has raised a Seed round of $325K. Investors included CoVenture, Rugged Ventures and Bionic Fund.
Dibs Technology, the platform making it easy for the fitness industry has raised a $1M Seed round from undisclosed investors.
Talsona Inc., the talent discovery platform, has raised an Angel round of funding, making this their first round of raising money.
Datadog, the software monitoring service, has raised a $94.5M Series D round from Contour Venture Partners, Amplify Partners, OpenView Venture Partners, Index Ventures and Iconiq Capital. Cofounders Olivier Pomel and Alexis Lê-Quôc, have raised a total of $147.9 over 6 rounds.
AiCure, the company that is using artificial intelligence to help you with your meds, has raised $12.25M in a Series A round. This is the first round for CEO Adam Hanina.
Lodo Therapeutics, the Accelerator Corp. company working with small molecules, has raised $17M following Petra Pharma’s funding a week before.
ResiModel, the platform for multi family transactions, has announced a $500K Venture round of funding led by Paul Audet of Symmetrical Ventures. The company has raised $4M under CEO Elliot Vermes.
mParticle, the company that gives power to app owners, has raised a $15M Series A round of funding led by Social Capital, with support from Golden Venture Partners, Eniac Ventures and Bowery Capital.
MiMedia, your personal cloud, has raised a $15M Series C round funded by Micromax Informatics. This is the 4th round of funding for the company.
CourseHorse, the company that helps you find classes, has raised a Series B round of $4M. Learn Capital, Clark Landry, Charlie Cheever, Scott Banister, Paige Craig,Owen Davis, Brian Cohen, Red Ventures and Interplay Ventures.
Estimote, the sensory company, has raised $10.7M in a Series A round led by Javelin Venture Partners, with help from Homebrew, Box Group, Digital Garage and Commerce Ventures.
Foursquare, the geotech company, has raised a Series E round of $45M from investors Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, DFJ Growth, Morgan Stanley and Union Square Ventures. Founders Dennis Crowley and Naveen Selvaduri have now raised $166M over 6 rounds.
INTURN, the Marketplace Liquidity for Off Price Inventory, has raised $9.7M in a Series A round investors included Jose Marin, Fabrice Grinda, BAM Ventures, T5 Capital, Lerer Hippeau Ventures, Forerunner Ventures and Novel TMT Ventures.
KeyMe, the company allowing you to load digital keys, has raised $20M in a Series B Round led by Comcast Ventures with help from Michael Polsky, Jens Molbak, Pravin Gandhi, 7-Ventures, LLC, White Star Capital, and Battery Ventures.
Policy Genius, the insurance aid, has raised $15M in a Series B round led by Revolution Ventures with support from MassMutual Ventures, Transamerica Ventures, AXA Strategic Ventures, Susa Ventures and Karlin Ventures.
Find Your Trainer, the app that’s changing personal training, has raised a $1.5M Seed round from investors Thatcher Bell, Amol Sarva and Three Fish Capital. This is founders David Hung and Evan Karp’s first round.
PlaceIQ, the location intelligence providers, has raised $25M in a Series D round. Founders Duncan McCall and Steve Milton have no3 raised a total of $51.95M over 5 rounds.
