PASSO, the company giving you the ability to personalize your shopping experience, has raised a $1.1M Seed round by Deep Fork Capital and SeedInvest. Founders Steven Gray and Christopher Merkle have raised 2 rounds total.
Operationum, the startup real estate company has raised a Seed round marking founder Laura Ventoso’s first round of funding.
Bee, the bank account provider, has raised a Venture of $4.6M for their first round of funding.
Nestio, the leading platform in residential leasing and marketing, has raised a Series A round of $8M led by Trinity Ventures with support from Techstars, Scout Ventures, Joanne Wilson, David Cohen and Freestyle Capital.
Bluecore, the ecommerce marketing platform, has announced a $21M Series A led by Georgian Partners with help from FirstMark Capital and Felicis Ventures. Founders Mahmoud Arram and Fayez Mohamood have raised a total of $28.22M.
Stringr, providing footage anywhere has raised a $1.5M Seed round from FOUNDER.org, Matter and Signia Venture Partners.
Clearpool Group, the software traders, have raised $8M in a Series A round by Edison Partners. This is CEO Joseph Wald’s first round of funding.
Remedy Pharmaceutical, the company curing CNS disorders, has raised a $9M Venture from Vertical GP-5. Founders David M. Geliebter and Sven M. Jacobson have now raised $15.3M.
Peloton, providing cloud-based instructional cycling videos, has raised $75M in a Private Equity round. To date, Peloton has raised $119.71M.
SeamlessDocs, the Google docs for PDF files, has raised $5M in a Series A round by Govtech Fund. Founders Chachi Camejo and Jonathon Ende have raised $6.45M to date.
