Newsela, the educational news provider, has raised $15M in a Series B round from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. Founders Matthew Gross and Dan Cogan-Drew have raised a total of $22.16M to date.
Frame.io, your team’s video collaborator, has raised $2.2M in a Seed round from investors that include Zencoder, Thomas Hesse, Jon Dahl, FundersGuild, Walter Kortschak, Clark Valberg, Jared Leto, SignalFire, and Accel.
YouNow, the social network that wants you to network yourself, has announced a $15M Series D round of funding from investors that include Comcast Ventures, Oren Zeev and Venrock. Founder Adi Sideman has raised a total of $41M to date.

ItsOnMe, the go-to place for anything gift cards, has raised $2.3M in a Series A round from Mark Stanich, Doug Jones and Chris Sullivan. This is founders David Leibner and Jon Gutwilig’s first round.
Reese Witherspoon’s retail brand, Draper James, has raised $10M from JH Partners, Stone Canyon Industries, and Forerunner Ventures in a Series B round of funding.

Paribus, the company that pays you back when prices drop, has raised $2.1M in a Seed round from Mick Johnson, One Zero Capital, Soma Capital, Foundation Capital, Slow Ventures, Greylock Partners, General Catalyst Partners and Conversion Capital. Fouders Karim Atiyeh and Eric Glyman have now raised their second round.
Pebblepost, the company that is using smart direct mail, has raised $3M in a Seed round from Bob Ellis, Michael Liou, Frank Barbieri, Erik Matlick, Geoff Judge, Sanjay Chadda, Yen Lee, Oren Michels, Slava Rubin, Are Traasdahl, David Rodnitzky, Tribeca Venture Partners, Kickstart Seed Fund, Mantella Venture Partners, Alpine Meridian Ventures, and ff Venture Capital.

CardFlight, the app making it easy to pay in-app, has raised $4.2M in a Series A round by Math Venture Partners and ff Venture Capital. Founders, Tim Saunders and Derek Webster have now raised $6.55M over 3 rounds.

Voodoo Manufacturing, the 3D printing manufacturing company, has raised $300K in a Seed round of funding from undisclosed investors.
Pypestream, the company to customer messaging app, has raised $2M in a Seed round from Jonah Goodhart.
InvestCloud has raised $45M in a Series B round of funding from FTV Capital and Kern Whelan Capital. CEO John Wise has now raised $54M for his company.
Glamsquad, the on demand beauty company, has announced a $15M Series B round from BBG Ventures, Montage Ventures, Lerer Hippeau Ventures, SoftBank Capital, and New Enterprise Associates. They have raised a total of $24M.
Shortlist.co, the search engine for marketers, has raised $250K in an Angel round from Ron Kastner.
