Bounce Exchange the NYC startup that tailors content to different visitor segments has announced a $6.4M Series A financing. The company founded by Cole Sharp and Ryan Urban have just been invested in by: Alex Rodriguez, Primary Venture Partners, Contour Venture Partners, Justin Yoshimura, and Jason Finger. Bounce Exchange has rasied a total of $7.9M.
Claim it, the productivity giveaway platform based on location has announced a $950K Seed round. Founders Khalid Mills, Ali Abdullah and Kaza Razat have received their funding from undisclosed investors and hope to give away even more free stuff!
Congratulations to our friends at littleBits on the opening of their first physical retail store. The store located at 355 W Broadway, New York, NY 10013 is billed as “a lab for creating inventions, large and small”.

Connexiant, the company dedicated to indoor mapping has raised a $600K Angel funding by undisclosed investors.
Tagsauris, who create and publish content and relationship-aware metadata, have raised $900k via crowdfunding. With a total funding of $1.4M across 3 rounds, founders Apri Mardirossian, Sharon Middendorf, Panos Ipeirotis, Todd Carter, look to better organize and label media for your use.
Stash, the soon-to-be-launched digital investment advisor announced a Seed round of $1.4M. Stash is founded by Brandon Krieg, Edward Robinson, David Ronick.
PaidEasy, the app that will help make paying people all that much easier has just announced a $2M Seed round financed by investor Ivor Ichikowitz.
Insight Venture Partners has announce the close of their latest fund. The fund is sized at $3.29B and is Insight’s 9th fund since its inception in 1995. In addition, the company also announced a growth-buyout coinvestment fund that is sized at $1.46B for control transactions within the latest funds.
Buzzfeed has raised a $200M investment from NBC Universal. This brings Buzzfeed’s grand total to $296.3M over 6 rounds.
Scentbird, the fragrance subscription service has announced their second Seed funding of $1M from investors 500 Startups, Dominion Capital, Emmet Shear, TMT Investments and Y Combinator. The company is a recent ERA graduate.
ChatID, which gives you the ability to deliver expert knowledge wherever people are shopping has raised $11.2M is a Series B funding by Costanoa Venture Capital. This latest round brings founder Dan Herman and his company to a total funding raised of $19.2M over 4 rounds.
Wellthie, the software platform that helps you choose the right health insurance has announced a seed funding from undisclosed investors. Founded by Sally Poblete, they hope to expand their business with their newest funding.
