Congratulations to inSparq, the real time platform that allows retailers and brands to discover and market their trending products founded in 2010 by Veronika Sonsev and Richie Hecker that has been acquired by Somerville, New Jersey-based Adiant. You can read the full story here.
Beacon, the all you can fly subscription service for private air travel in the Northeast has announced a $7.5M Series A round. The round was led by Romulus Capital including participating from Western Technology Investment, and MI Ventures.
BoardVitals, the training community for physicians prepping for their board exams has raised a $1.1M Series A round from Rock Creek Capital. Since graduating from Blueprint Health, the company has now raised 3 rounds totaling $1.6M.
Homer Logistics, the food delivery startup focused on urban areas has announced a $2M convertible note seed financing. Participating in the financing include Brooklyn Bridge Ventures, Haystack, Rugged VC, Two Sigma Ventures, and Vayner/RSE.
Kinetic Social, the marketing analytics company that analyzes social data for brands has announced a $17.5M Series C round. Investors in the round include Bridge Bank and Multiplier Capital. With this round, Kinetic has now raised $49.5M in 5 rounds since its founding in 2011.
Clubhouse, the flexible task management tools catered towards software development has announced a $2M Seed round. The round was financed by flight.vc, Neu Venture Capital, RRE Ventures, BoxGroup, Brooklyn Bridge Ventures, Resolute.vc, and Lerer Hippeau Ventures.
Hometeam, the startup that provides in-home elder care has announced an $11M Series A round. Participating in the round were IA Ventures, Lux Capital, and Recruit Strategic Partners.
