ChartIQ, the leader in HTML5 financial charting, and , the leading provider of market data from the cloud, have jointly launch a new set of market data widgets for financial websites, investor relations sites, and mobile apps.
The new market data widgets will change the way websites source and display market data to their users, while the new partnership, which was announced this past week at the FinTech Startups Conference in New York, will package together cloud market data and user-centric HTML5, providing clients with a more cost-effective and user-friendly tool to deliver a superior experience across the web, tablets and smartphones.
Sprinklr, the social media management platform that raised $46 million in Series E funding just last month, has acquired GetSatisfaction, an online community platform that connects customers and companies to foster the conversation about products. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
TriPlay, the next-generation personal cloud company and developer of MyMusicCloud and MyDigipack, has secured $11 million in Series D funding. Fortress Investment Group LLC led the round,with the participation of existing investors, Kenges Rakishev and Tamir Koch, TriPlay founder and CEO.
Custora, a predictive analytics company that helps e-commerce marketing teams acquire, retain, anticipate and influence their customers’ spending, has raised $6.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Foundation Capital, with participation from Greycroft Partners and Valhalla Partners. The company is a YCombinator alum.
NSONE, a high performance DNS and traffic management company, has raised $5.4 million in Series A funding co-led by Flybridge Capital Partners and Sigma Prime Ventures, with participation from Founder Collective and Center Electric.
PeerIQ, a credit risk analytics firm that helps financial institutions analyze risk in the peer-to-peer lending sector, has raised $6 million in seed funding, led by Uprising and John Mack, former chairman and CEO of Morgan Stanley. Other participants in include Vikram Pandit, former Citigroup CEO; Arthur Levitt, former SEC chairman; former Bloomberg CEO Dan Doctoroff ; and Eric Schwartz, former co-CEO of Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
Content publishing platform RebelMouse has raised $6 million in an extended Series A round from previous investors Softbank Capital and Oak Investment Partners, with additional participation from Mike Lazerow.
Coinsetter, a bitcoin exchange platform that targets institutional and professional traders, has acquired Canadian Virtual Exchange, a bitcoin trading platform that recently shut down due to security breaches. The deal was valued at $2 million, was reportedly an all-stock deal.
This marks the first merger deal in the bitcoin exchange market.
Maven Clinic, whose mobile applications connect women with healthcare providers via video, has raised $2.2 million in seed funding from Great Oaks Venture Capital, Box Group, Female Founders Fund and angel investors Matt Mullenweg, Susan Lyne and Thomas Lehrman.
